Community Well-Being

Earth, Heart & Spirit!

This project will bring together Indigenous Community members, from Elders, adults, young people and families living in the Yarra Ranges, seeking connection to culture and Community. The aim is to deliver a comprehensive, holistic and spiritually healing wellness program with four specific workshop themes, including: Health/Nutrition, Physical Activity, Mindfulness and Healing. All of which will be facilitated in a supportive and culturally safe environment.

Participants will come together and build trusting relationships as they journey through a process of deep healing with the support of Indigenous Elders and counselling professionals experienced in supporting sufferers of trauma, emotional distress and Community members affected by family violence issues.
